Zhang Guolin(Complete postdoctor)



Zhang Guolin, male, born September 1988, is a postdoctoral researcher at Peking University's School of Urban and Environmental Sciences. He serves as a member of the 9th Huangshan Huizhou District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Anhui Province. Selected for Huangshan City's “Four Thousand Talents Project” by the Organization Department, he is also a lecturer at Renmin University of China's Center for Aesthetic Education, Director of the Peking University-Huangshan Sponge Land Laboratory, and Head of the Huizhou Dam · World Irrigation Engineering Heritage Education Base.


Research Focus: Community building, ecological design, sustainable design, and water heritage operations.


Social Contributions:


1. Participated in the “Shenzhen Liyumen Water Corridor Park” project, which received the “Asia-Pacific Honorable Mention” at the 6th LafargeHolcim Sustainable Construction Awards.

2. Member of the Chinese Ecological Society and the Chinese Society of Landscape Ecology.

3. Training expert for the Natural Education Instructor program of the Chinese Society of Forestry.

4. Lecturer for the “Understanding Water, Using Water Wisely” course at the China Association for Science and Technology Youth Science and Technology Center.
