Notice on Adjustments to the 2025 Master of Landscape Architecture Admissions at Peking University
Peking University has recently officially released the “Peking University 2025 Master's Degree Program Admissions Prospectus (Main Campus)” and the “Peking University 2025 Master's Degree Program Catalog (Main Campus).” Relevant adjustments concerning the Master of Landscape Architecture professional degree program admissions are specifically outlined below:
Starting in 2025, the following adjustments will be implemented for the admission process of Peking University's Master of Landscape Architecture program:
1. The requirement that applicants for Peking University's part-time Master of Landscape Architecture program “must have two or more years of practical experience in planning, design, or industry management” will be removed.
2. Peking University's Landscape Architecture program will not accept transfer admissions. Candidates whose applied department, major, or study mode do not match will not be admitted. Accordingly, candidates who initially applied for the full-time Landscape Architecture program at Peking University will not be accepted for transfer admission to the part-time Landscape Architecture program. Applicants are advised to carefully consider the study mode when selecting their program during registration.
3. The School encourages candidates with professional experience to apply for the part-time Master of Landscape Architecture program. Candidates with professional experience will be given priority under equal conditions.
Please be aware of these admissions adjustments in advance and apply according to your personal circumstances.
