The “Distant Village School: Participatory Public Welfare Construction Project for Rural Campuses (2025)” established by our institute's Party branch has been approved as a key project under Peking University's “Pioneer Program.”

To thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the National Education Conference, strengthen Party-building leadership in grassroots governance, deepen the integrated development of ideological and political education across primary, secondary, and higher education, and serve Peking University's “Year of Disciplinary Quality” development agenda, the University Student Affairs Department organized the application process for the “Pioneer Plan” student Party branch thematic education practice projects. Our college's student Party branch actively responded to the call, leveraging the college's disciplinary strengths and practical characteristics to establish the "Remote Village School: Rural Campus Participatory Public Welfare Construction ‘Pioneer Plan’ Practice Team" to participate in the project application. After rigorous defense and evaluation, it stood out among the 88 student Party branches participating in the university-wide application and was approved as a key project.
