Spring Semester Party Members' Meeting of the Landscape Architecture Student Party Branch and Themed Party Day on Thoroughly Implementing the ‘Eight-Point Decision of the Central Committee’

On the evening of  June 4, 2025, the Landscape Architecture Student Party Branch of Peking University's School of Urban and Environmental Sciences convened its Spring Semester Party Members' Meeting alongside a themed Party Day activity focused on thoroughly implementing the ‘Eight-Point Decision of the Central Committee’. Party members collectively revisited the specific provisions and profound significance of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Decision. In light of the new circumstances and requirements for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance, they engaged in in-depth discussions on how to better internalize these principles and translate them into action in the new era. Drawing on real-life examples and their respective job responsibilities, they shared insights, reflections, and key points for risk prevention. All agreed that the pursuit of improving work conduct is an ongoing journey requiring constant vigilance and unwavering commitment.

Three probationary Party members delivered detailed reports on their ideological development, academic progress, and work performance over the past year, expressing their unwavering loyalty to the Party and their earnest desire for formal membership. The meeting focused on evaluating the probationary members' achievements in theoretical study, political literacy enhancement, and ideological progress, alongside their practical performance in serving the masses and fulfilling work responsibilities. Following rigorous discussion and voting, all probationary members successfully transitioned to full membership with votes exceeding the majority threshold, demonstrating the Party organization's full recognition of their conduct. The meeting emphasized that new members must continue to hold themselves to high standards and contribute greater efforts to the Party's cause.
