Research and Demonstration of Urban Water System Construction Technology in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area

Introduction: Guided by sustainable urban water resource management and utilising the city's green open space network as a framework, this research fully integrates the characteristics and requirements of Liangjiang New Area's social water system. By rationally employing natural water cycle processes to guide the spatial layout of ecological infrastructure systems, it proposes technologies and planning schemes for constructing a water environment safety framework based on a healthy water system for Liangjiang New Area. Explore ecological regulation and utilisation systems for stormwater in mountainous urban areas. Establish a technical framework for ecological regulation and utilisation of stormwater and non-point source pollution in the upper Longjing Lake watershed. Propose planning techniques and schemes for ecological infrastructure based on stormwater regulation and non-point source control objectives.
