Dear Professor Yu,
It is with deep sorrow that I received the news of your passing. My father passed away two years ago, also suddenly, at the age of 63. Since then, I have experienced every loss in a different and more personal way, and this one is no exception.
The time I spent working with you has profoundly impacted my life, not only professionally but most of all personally. I am truly grateful for everything I learned and experienced working alongside you. I am certain my experience would have been entirely different if I had worked in a company where the director
was not such a brilliant, humble, and humorous person like you.
I am sure your vision and idea will live on with me, with all of us.
You inspired a deep sense of respect in me, and today, I remember you with a smile. On my father’s grave, we wrote: "In our thoughts and hearts, forever" – and those words now also apply to you.
My heartfelt condolences to your family and all who loved you.
With respect,
Nina Uljarevic Knific

Nina Uljarevic Knific
