ABOUT CAL
Established in 2010, the College of Architecture and Landscape of Peking University focuses its teaching and research on the complex environmental problems China and the whole world are now facing. The College is devoted to establishing a design academy with the potential to be a world leader in discipline development, as well as contribute to Peking University’s progress toward a world-class research university. At present, the College provides higher research degrees and comprises 9 faculty members, with intentions to grow. The College has its own building on the beautiful and historic Peking University campus.
 
THE POSITON
·Employed full-time at Peking University;
·Working closely with Dean and staff, provides visionary leadership in academic and administrative planning and development;
 ·Focuses on international collaboration and the development of CAL.
 
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS
·Native English speaker
·Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a complex academic organization;
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
·Experience in administration and resource management at a senior level；
·Possesses an advanced degree. Preference will be given to those with an academic background in urban planning and design.
 
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
·500,000 RMB per year before tax including housing benefit and medical insurance (negotiable depending on personal need).
